Exhaustion in sales can take a huge toll on income potential, relationships, and job satisfaction. In becoming a mental health therapist I worked 6+ years in sales to help pay my way through school. Experiencing burnout myself and witnessing others also fall to its symptoms really bothered me. It wasn't until becoming a therapist that I realized I had a solution for myself and those around me. Helping reps make more money without all the nasty exhaustion that can come with it is important to me. I have found that an initial free call is a great way to get to know each other and see if working together would be a good fit. I have some bullet points below of what is usually discussed in the calls.

Things Normally Discussed on the Free Call

  • Whether you are an owner, manager, or individual sales pro, we can discuss any challenges you may be facing mentally within your job.

  • Tailored packages to helping your sales team avoid burnout and increase performance. (For owners and managers)

  • Maybe you just feel stuck with where you are at. You are starting to burnout and you aren't sure how to get out of the trap. You are looking for some other help besides the "be positive" and "morning routine" advice.

  • We can discuss any problem that may be keeping you from enjoying your job or performing the way you want to and solutions to create change. Examples of common problems could be anxiousness, low motivation, overly tired, relationships, helplessness, decreased satisfaction, etc.

  • Simply just get to know each other to see if working together would be a good fit. If there is interest in working together, we can discuss further a tailored package for you and what that would look like in terms of investment.

  • Maybe you are at a good spot mentally but looking for new ways to improve and grow.
